Why The Equity Class

I'm an SGV local (Glendora, CA) who wants money and homebuying to make sense. The Equity Class is where I share plain-English lessons on how real estate, gold, bitcoin and the stock market actually work, with receipts for every number.

This is purely education and my personal opinion. I don't sell anything, I don't take referral fees, and I don't represent any company, brokerage, agent or lender.

How lessons work

Lessons are numbered. The last slide is Homework. Story polls are Pop Quiz, Q&A is Office Hours, and the monthly recap is the Report Card.
